It looks like this is one of the last busy week of beer events for the year, before everything slows down for the holidays, so get out there and share a few beers with friends before all your time is taken up by shopping and family events.

Tonight, Darby’s in Kitsilano is hosting a tap takeover by The Beer Farmers. They will have four beers on offer from this brewery and working farm from Pemberton.

Meanwhile, Callister Brewing in East Vancouver is holding their annual Festival of the Dark Arts. This internal dark beer tap takeover features a few new releases and some aged favourites. Then the next day, they will be holding a launch event for Altitude Beer’s new Vistula Baltic porter.

On Friday night, The Bakery Brewing in Port Moody will be hosting a tap takeover by Chuckanut Brewing, where they will have three beers on offer from this multiple award winning brewery from Bellingham, WA

In Victoria, the 4th annual Christmas Craft Beer Show returns to Save-on Foods Memorial Area on Friday and Saturday. This year’s event showcases a large selection of beers from local breweries, as well as some from as far afield as Toronto and Washington State.
