It looks like there are a couple of different virtual events to look forward to this week, which is nice! It’s always good to mix things up a bit. Sometimes I like to wear sweatpants while lounging around the apartment instead of pajama bottoms. Not too often though, don’t want to get crazy!

At 18:00, the BC Ale Trail is holding another Virtual Hoppy Hour on their Instagram channel. This week’s host is Jorden Foss from Steel & Oak Brewing. Guests include: Chris from Vancouver Island Brewing, Josh from Field House Brewing and Jorden’s S&O Partner James.
Then at 19:00, Another Beer Co in New Westminster is holding a live trivia night, streamed straight from the brewery on Instagram and Facebook live! There’s even prizes to be won!
Also at 19:00, Vancouver Island Brewing is offering a guided beer tasting on Facebook Live. Their resident Cicerone, Dave Pearson and brewer Graham Cooke will guide you through their tasting room exclusive tall can mix pack. Learn about each beer style, what it pairs best with and ask questions about the beers!
Tomorrow night at 18:30, Aaron from the the Cascadian Beer Podcast is hosting his Stay Home Pub Quiz. To celebrate 10 episodes, he’s inviting back previous guests and a range of extra guest hosts. This means extra rounds and a whole bunch of other shenanigans.
On Saturday at 17:00, Wish You Were Beer, the Comox Valley craft brewery virtual happy hour series, will be streaming an event from Cascadia Liquor, featuring local artist Sue Medley.
