Thursday Cask Night (Abbotsford)

We are bringing Cask Night to our Abbotsford Eatery! The first Thursday of each month, we will tap a special one of beer in the new Eatery at 3pm! After primary fermentation, the beer is transferred from the tank into the cask with a dose of fresh yeast, priming sugar and other ingredients. Its bunged up tightly and left to undergo a secondary fermentation. This provides carbonation levels half that of any of our normal products resulting in a fuller taste and creamier mouthfeel.
