This is the greatest way ever to raise funds! Enter the BEST Beer Run in the west… You’ll know your entry fee went to a good cause, which helps you to enjoy the fun of the day. You’ll get incredible Okanagan scenery in warm spring weather, some fresh air, enjoy a quality beverage or two, and learn all about Penticton’s incredible award winning craft beer scene and why Expedia voted Penticton No# 2 Craft Beer Town in Canada.
This is a beautiful, gentle 10 km course showing off some of the best vistas in the South Okanagan. The flat or gentle downhill route is easily managed by running or walking. Slightly new course for 2019. We will be starting at D’Angelo Winery & Guest House on Naramata Bench and using the KVR trail to enter town. The course will still take in all that is unique and special about Penticton and the surrounding area, but will have a new finish line at Penticton Lakeside Resort and Conference Centre.
The Beer Run will include tastings from Cannery Brewing, Bad Tattoo Brewing, The Tin Whistle Brewing Company, Barley Mill Brew Pub & Sports Bistro, Highway 97 Brewing Company, Firehall Brewery and *NEW Slackwater Brewing! Bites from Smugglers Smoke House, Patio Burger and Papa John’s Pizza.
Water, beer and food snacks included on course. Food will also be available for purchase at the finish line…AND there is a party at the end – a good party! One you’ll be talking about for a while.
