Q: I can’t find my ticket!

Q: Do I need a ticket to attend?!
A: Yes! Our specials are only for those with a wristband and the crawl parties will only be accessible to those with a wristband.
Q: Do I need to print my ticket out?
A: Save those trees! You can show the barcode on your phone for scanning, but please have the tickets READY for scanning when you join the line to help us check everybody in as fast as possible.
Q: What if I am late?
A: Your friends ARE able to check in for you and claim your wristband(s) and swag if that helps!. Simply forward your ticket to them for scanning at registration. If you are held up in traffic, etc don’t panic: head to the check in bar regardless. So there is no need to contact us unless your entire group are going to be significantly late, ie: after 6:30pm. Then you should contact us at: welovepubcrawls.com/vbclate

Q: Are tickets refundable? A: No, but they are transferable – simply forward your barcoded ticket to somebody else if you can no longer attend
