Advanced Cicerone®️ Stephane Turcotte, brewmaster at Île Sauvage Brewing Co., hosts this tasting session featuring 6 wild fermented beers, including some of his own along with some from other BC breweries. It’s a great chance to learn how so-called “wild yeasts” create unique and unusual flavours in beer.

A $20 TICKET WILL GRANT:
• a tasting of a selection of 6 wild fermented beers.
