We’d like to invite you and your household to come and join us in the park for a 4-course meal created and executed by Head Chef, Nathan Taylor. Each course is paired with a beer selected, crafted and brewed onsite by Brewmasters Thom Riley, Bennie Dingemanse and Assistant Brewmaster Rachel Young. Bring your bubble and enjoy an elevated dining experience in the heart of Stanley Park.

First Course
Beet Tartare
With goat cheese foam & pickled pears

Beer pairing: Maibell Belgian Blonde I 7.4% I 25 IBU
This strong Belgian blonde has a subtle fruity and spicy yeast complexity, with a low malty-sweet flavour, finishes dry.

Second Course
Winter Squash Soup
With candied seeds & raisins

Beer pairing: Hollow Tree Lager I 5% I 20 IBU
German-style Helles (Lager). Our house lager uses a blend of pilsner malts from Skagit Valley Malting in Washington state with locally grown BC Triple Pearl hops. Clean & crisp!

Third Course
Bacon-wrapped turkey
With confit potatoes, crispy Brussel sprouts & a caramel jus

Beer pairing: Hugo Table Beer I 3.3% I 25 IBU
A blend of barley, oats, rye, wheat and spelt combine for complex yet light Belgian style table beer. Hopped with Motueka for a subtle tropical fruit and citrus undertone. Designed to be very drinkable and refreshing.

Fourth Course
Peppermint Crème Brule
With vanilla chocolate biscotti

Beer pairing: Red Hot Chili Chocolate Porter I 5.0% I 28 IBU
Cayenne pepper and cacao nibs bring about a wonderful hot chocolate taste that will warm you up on those cold winter days. This beer gives you a silky and creamy mouthfeel with a hint of heat in the finish!
