Orchard is a French Saison kettle soured before aging in oak barrels for 14 months.
Fresh local pears were added along with a blend of Brett yeast strains lacto cultures before aging the beer for an additional 12 months.
This 2+ year old wild ale displays a delicate spiciness with light funk and refreshing tartness before finishing with crisp pear and oaky vanilla.
FINFOLK will be the exclusive spot to drink this ultra small batch beer on draft first!!
