Townsite wins big at national awards ceremony over the weekend.

Gold- Perfect Storm Stout;
Silver- Barrel Aged Perfect Storm Stout
Silver- Charleston Triple

The Canadian Brewing Awards were held in Richmond last weekend and Townsite Brewing walked away with an arm full. Winning two silver medals for his Charleston triple and Barrel Aged Perfect Storm and gold for Perfect Storm Oatmeal Stout; Cédric had this to say: ‘I am very proud to have the best stout in Canada but seeing the Belgian triple take silver makes me the happiest, I really love that beer ‘

3600 beers were entered into competition this year. Over a third of all awards went to BC breweries. “We have an amazing scene out here on the West coast”, says office manager Andrea Nicholson. “it was great seeing everyone accept their awards on our home turf”.

All three beers are seasonal releases from Townsite and can be found in select liquor stores and craft beer pubs on the Sunshine Coast, Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
