This past Sunday at Red Racer Taphouse, folks who assembled for the John Mitchell Celebration of Life raised close to $1500 for donation toward a KPU Brewing and Brewery Operations scholarship fund in John’s name.
Many thanks to all who attended (and those who wanted to but couldn’t make it). It was a very special afternoon, as we thought it would be. Video and photos will be posted on Facebook here in due course.
Looking forward to next month: our generous hosts have pledged that partial proceeds from their upcoming Summer Cask Festival at Red Racer Taphouse will be donated to the scholarship as well.
