CYCLHOPS Single hop IPA limited release by Strange Fellows Brewing 

Was the Cyclops misunderstood? Known throughout time as the man-eating, one-eyed giant, his revenge on the Greek hero Odysseus incited one of the greatest epic adventures of all time. Perhaps the Cyclops’ lone peeper symbolized a cosmic third eye, responsible for foresight of historic proportions… Something to ponder while you enjoy this single-hopped IPA – a balanced ale with Cascade’s citrusy, fruity character – that may open the gate to a different outlook on things.

Brewer’s Notes: Brewed and dry-hopped with the Classic American hop Cascade. This single hop IPA has flavours reminiscent of stone fruit, white grape and citrus. Golden Promise malt brings complexity that stands up to the rich hop character and adds a subtle sweet finish.

Aroma: Citrus and stone fruit
Character: Fruity and softly bitter sweet
Colour: Opaque orange and hazy

Food: Spicy foods, roast chicken, burgers, carrot cake
ABV: 6.5%
