Chemainus, BC – Riot Brewing Co. has won Island Savings’ Black Tie Award for Business Achievement in the 1 to 10 employees category!

The owners, Aly Tomlin, Ralf Rosenke and Morgan Moreria were at the gala event on Saturday to cheer on other nominees. They were shocked when their names were called and our table may have been the loudest ever heard at a Black Tie Awards Gala!

Accepting the award with a Life Partners Pale Ale in hand, Ralf thanked everyone for all the support we have been shown since opening  our doors in November of 2016, the local Chamber of Commerce, and Community Futures for sponsoring our category. Morgan translated to french for audience members.

“It is so rad to get recognized not only for our business, but for what our business has brought to the community! I’m actually still in shock!” Aly said as we were leaving the event.

Thank you once again for the support you have shown Riot! It is because of organizations like yours that we are able to as much as we do!
