Hope brewery now open

After years of anticipation, Hope’s newest business and the community’s first craft brewery is now open.

Locals Danielle and Adam Keil are behind the opening of Mountainview Brewing Co. at 390 Old Hope Princeton Way, in an industrial building previously occupied by the Hope machine shop. It’s been a dream of the Keil’s for over a decade, and since 2018 they have been diligently working on transforming the machine shop into a gleaming new brewery.
