OLIVER, BC – Firehall Brewery has announced that a large room adjacent to the brewery that was previously being used for storage and a “private hang-out and jam room” for staff has been renovated and reborn as a tasting lounge and retail store.

The Firehall Brewery Beer Shop & Social was funded via a Kickstarter campaign, and has been open in soft launch mode since earlier this month. Open starting at 12:00 noon daily, it features a full bar serving pints, half-pints and samples, and a retail section selling bottles, growlers and merchandise to go.

Customers are also welcome to bring their favourite vinyl to play on the stereo, with special vinyl nights planned for the future, along with jam nights, a beer club, and more.
