Edition 03/04 is a dark sour, fermented with brett yeast. Pre-fermentation we transfered this malty brew into our Copper Coolship, where we steeped 30lbs of dried organic currants, releasing the sweet and tart characteristics of this intense black fruit.
We thought we’d let you know about a special collaboration series we launched a couple months ago that we are STOKED about here at Field House. We’re fortunate enough to have a rad Copper Coolship and thought it would be a good idea to invite some of the best breweries in BC to come PLAY and see what we could craft together in this unique vessel.
