Canadian Craft Tours, the leader in minibus beer and wine tours as well as party bike tours, is proud to announce they now offer virtual beer and pretzel tastings. These tastings offer the best of both worlds with Canadian lagers, wheat beers, IPAs and porters paired with pretzels, popcorn and mustard.
As the world changed with the pandemic, Canadian Craft Tours has switched gears to host events virtually.
“This has been an amazing way to have a hosted experience for company team building, conferences or client events,” said Brandon Moscrip, Director of Good Times for Canadian Craft Tours. “If you had told us in February 2020 that hosting virtual libation events was going to be an industry, we all would have laughed.”
Before the pandemic, Canadian Craft Tours had saved for new busses for the Vancouver and Toronto locations. That investment has now been redirected to studio lighting, filming equipment and audio equipment to create the perfect studio for virtual tastings. Jordan Trustham, Lead Guide for Canadian Craft Tours, developed the idea. The company learned to navigate the liquor laws, launched during the pre-holiday season in 2020 and have not looked back.
With the virtual beer tasting, people can tour the craft beer scene in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary through a virtual happy hour while learning about the local breweries that brew the beers being tasted. By signing up, participants can support local businesses, learn how the local breweries have re-vamped through virtual beer tastings, and play beer and trivia games.
Canadian Craft Tours also offers virtual wine tours, coffee events and whisky events. For more information, visit canadiancrafttours.ca.
