This weekend’s tent-pole event is the 3rd annual Christmas Craft Beer Show, hosted at Victoria’s Save-on Foods Memorial Arena on Friday and Saturday. This fun event showcases 100+ beers from 48 BC breweries and cideries, food, and live music.
In the Interior this weekend, Whitetooth Brewing is celebrating its 2nd anniversary. The party kicks off on Friday and runs through Sunday, with casks, limited releases, music, food, and of course cake!
Next Wednesday, The John B. Pub in Coquitlam is hosting a 12 beers of Christmas tap takeover with Russell Brewing, featuring their newest seasonals and old classics.
That same night on the Island, Agrius organic restaurant in Victoria is hosting a special 5-course dinner paired with beers from Category 12.
From December 6–8, head to Strange Fellows Brewing for their Krampusmarkt, where you can get your photo taken with Krampus, visit the Strange Kristmas Market, or attend an artist-led workshop.
Saturday, December 8 is going to be a big day, with brewery parties for Category 12’s 4th anniversary, A Frame’s 2nd anniversary, and East Van Brewing’s 1st anniversary. More details on those in next week’s email.
