There’s another great week of craft beer events coming to BC. Sadly I won’t be able to attend any of them, as I’m writing this post while drinking a rare bottle of Cantillon at Moeder Lambic in Brussels. It’s a hard life!
On Friday Red Racer is holding a parking lot party to launch their 2019 Across the Nation collaboration pack. This year they collaborated with 12 of Canada’s best breweries from 10 provinces and 2 territories. The event will feature $1 beer samples, food, music, games, and more.
From Friday to Saturday, Backcountry Brewing in Squamish is celebrating its 2nd anniversary with special beers, live music in their parking lot, and a barbecue.
Saturday brings the 2nd annual Fraser Valley Cask Festival to Chilliwack. This free-to-attend event features tons of casks from Fraser Valley breweries, live music, outdoor games, and food trucks.
On Tuesday, CRAFT beer market in Vancouver is holding a Red Racer Across the Nation collaboration brewmaster dinner. Tickets include a welcome beer and amuse bouche followed by four custom created courses each paired with a beer from Red Racer’s Across the Nation Collaboration series.
Looking ahead to next week, Friday night brings the VCBW 2019 kickoff party to Beaumont Studios in Vancouver, while Saturday brings the 2019 Rare Beers and BBQ event to Darby’s in Kitsilano. Check back next week for the full details!
