It’s been a while, but we’re finally heading into a long weekend and I can’t wait! I plan to fill my days with chocolate eggs and craft beer. Don’t judge me!

If you like hazy IPAs, head over to Vessel Liquor in Victoria tonight, where Joe Wiebe is hosting a seminar on the style, with 8 delicious examples to sip on.

Tomorrow sees Real Cask return to Callister Brewing to pour a special Blackburn Bitter collaboration cask they brewed with Sundown Beer.

On Saturday, Dogwood Brewing is hosting Pink Boots Festival Vancouver, where you can sample all the amazing beers brewed for international women’s day by Lower Mainland brewers. Proceeds from the event will go to the Pink Boots Society.

On Sunday, Central City on Beatty Street in Vancouver is holding their annual Easter Cask Festival, with 20 unique casks from BC breweries. a few very special Easter-themed casks, and great food specials all day long. Partial proceeds from the event will go to The Hutch Fund.

On Tuesday, Craft Beer Market in Vancouver is hosting a Field House Brewing brewmaster’s dinner. Your ticket includes a welcome beer and amuse bouche followed by four custom created courses each paired with a Field House brew.

Looking ahead to next weekend, The Drake in Victoria is holding their 4th annual Oregon Brewer’s Tap Takeover. This year they will be pouring a massive 40 beers from some of the state’s very best breweries and several brewers will be attending the event.
