“Class #1: “Let’s Get Brewing” – 11:00am to 1:00pm
Learn the basics about professional brewing from Swans’ brewer, Chris Lukie. Students will be taken right into the brewhouse where they will have the opportunity to help brew a batch of beer.
Class #2: TBA – 2:00pm to 4:00pm
