This month we are excited to have Bill Townsley, Mazer (Mead Maker) and Beekeeper from Festina Lente Estate Winery, joining us to discuss the world of Mead making!
The focus will be on wine-style mead making tips and tricks to help ensure a successful ferment each and every time. Basic knowledge of wine or beer home-brewing is assumed but not necessary.
We’ll be in the Roxanne Room at the back (follow the creepy statues). See you there!
PS, remember to bring tasting glasses! There won’t be any supplied. In fact, bring 2 in case someone forgets.
