This month, Jose Pizarro from Fermentis will be coming to share a presentation on Dry Yeast. Topics to include how it is grown, why is it gluten free, why you don’t need to oxygenate the wort prior pitching, and also why you can pitch directly into the wort, without losing 50% viability, among others. It will be a great education session and some time for some Q&A.
We’ll be in the Roxanne Room at the back (follow the creepy statues). See you there!
PS, remember to bring tasting glasses! There won’t be any supplied. In fact, bring 2 in case someone forgets.
