Save yourself from a stuffy, pretentious Valentine’s dinner and bring your special someone to our Brewmaster’s Dinner on February 14th!

A special 5-course meal paired with craft brews, selected by our kitchen and Brewmaster Cole. Cole will be there to guide through each course and brew, give you some extra tasting notes along the way, and try-out his budding stand-up routine.

Just kidding about the stand-up routine… or are we?

The Menu
Features a 12oz welcome beer and four 4oz beers paired with each course.

1st Course:
Bacon Beer Cheese Ball
A savoury Bacon Beer Cheese Ball infused with Steel Toe Lager. Served with sweet crackers.

2nd Course:
Black Tiger Prawns
Fresh black tiger prawns simmered in a rich Thai butter sauce made in-house with our Lemon Drop Dry Hopped Sour. Served with a fresh dinner roll.

3rd Course:
Sweet Chili Pork Tenderloin
Asian inspired lettuce wraps with pork tenderloin marinated in Moscow Mule.

4th Course:
Beer Braised Short Rib
Hoisin braised short rib, wasabi mashed potatoes, “Bammed” green beans tossed in a garlic, lemon, and soy sauce.

5th Course:
Chocolate Fudge Cupcake
Petit Chocolate fudge cupcake with a rich raspberry coulis and a chocolate ice cream Warhead Imperial Kettle Sour beer float.
