Every Saturday we tap a special one off beer in the Tasting Room at 11:30am! Each beer will be one of a kind and available for one day early! Come by early to grab a $5 glass as there is a limited amount available!
What are casks? After primary fermentation, beer is transferred from the tank into the metal cask with a dose of fresh yeast, priming sugar and other ingredients like hops, fruit, liquor or spices. Its bunged up tightly and left to undergo a secondary fermentation. This provides carbonation levels half that of any of our normal products resulting in a fuller taste and creamier mouthfeel.
