Pour and Pose Yoga Night

Excited to introduce our new yoga teacher, Sarah, who will be switching monthly with Chelsea to provide you with all your beer and yoga needs.

You know the deal: $20 includes the class, a mat, and a flight, wine, or cider. With high demand we decided to do two classes. First class doors open at 6 and yoga goes from 6:30-7:30. Second class doors open 7:45 and class goes from 8-9. Partial proceeds goes to the Maple Ridge Youth Council Initiative who provide recreational activities to youth who can’t afford it.
