Join us Tuesday, January 28th from 7-9 PM as we continue our interactive lecture series with a talk about brewers’ grain. Two very special guest speakers will cover everything you ever wanted to know about barley, wheat, malt and adjuncts. Kyle Michell from Field Five Farm will be discussing farming.
Local Master Maltster Mike Doehnel will cover the malting process in depth. Mike has a wealth of knowledge in all things malted and brewed. Brewmaster Clay Potter will also be joining us to keep you hydrated with a tasting of 8 specially selected beers to showcase a variety of malts.
