This Thursday evening we will be releasing our first Foeder-aged beer, called Melosia. A 12oz glass of the Melosia will be $8 and a 2oz glass is $3.
Fermented with a blend of three different strains of Brett and acidifying bacteria, then aged for one year in our oak foeder. A foeder is a large wooden vessel and it’s porousness creates the perfect environment for aging wild and sour beers. This Belgian inspired brown ale is amazingly complex, blending oak with fruity esters and a hint of tartness.

We will also be hosting two group tours of 14 people each. One will begin at 5:00PM and the second at 6:00PM. A sign-up sheet will be available at 4:00PM and will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. The tours will be conducted by our very own Rob – head brewer and owner of Foamers’ Folly!
