KPU Brewing Diploma Information Session

Ever wondered about a career in the craft beer industry? Interested in becoming a brewer?

The explosive growth of craft breweries around the world is creating demand for educated, trained brewers. Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is the only institution in BC to offer a university diploma in brewing with our own on-site brewery where students gain practical, hands-on experience. Students also learn the art, science and business of brewing in this comprehensive, two-year program.

Join us on Oct. 23 at KPU’s state-of-the-art teaching brewery to learn about our Brewing & Brewery Operations Diploma program. You’ll meet KPU Brewing instructors, our admissions coordinator and current students to find out what’s covered in the program, admission requirements, how to succeed in the program, and the different careers available in the industry.

Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is the first Canadian institution to be recognized by the Master Brewers Association for a standard of excellence in brewing education. We’re also very proud that our students won bronze at the 2017 BC Beer Awards, and they’ve won gold, silver and bronze medals in the 2018 and 2017 US Open College Beer Championship.
