The Firehall Brewery is proud to host another summer Back Alley Concert Series. The 8th Annual Back Alley Concert Series draws up to 200 people to our downtown party space, showcasing craft of all kinds: craft beer, craft cider, artisan liquor, local wine, original music, and local art.
The first concert of the season on Saturday June 8th will be showcasing a couple local favourites: Great White North, and Jared Jackel’s Bad Vibrations. Both bands have been developing a local following, so get your tickets while they’re available: https://www.firehallbrewery.com/events-1/bac-concert-great-white-north-jared-jackels-bad-vibrations
Great White North: “… a hard-hitting, foot-stomping experience that teeters back and forth from a softer acoustic folk sound to a harder, grittier alternative rock sound.” https://greatwhitenorthmusic.bandcamp.com/
Jared Jackel’s Bad Vibrations: “Acid-soaked, funk grooves with garage/psych flourishes make up the debut album, “Saw-Horse Pentagrams”. Jackel’s nasal delivery adds unique depth to the already wildly entertaining sounds he mashes together.” https://factotumco.bandcamp.com/album/saw-horse-pentagrams
The June 8th Back Alley Concert will also feature:
– Cocktails by The Dubh Glas Distillery
– Wine by Intersection Estate Winery
– Food by Vagabond Kitchen
– Art by Caroline Whyte
