Local government elections in British Columbia are held every four years. This includes elections for mayors, councillors, regional district electoral area directors, school trustees, trustees for the Islands Trust, local community commissioners and park board commissioners.

We’d like to encourage you to get out and vote!

On advance voting days, look for the “Glad I Voted” stickers being handed out by candidates as you leave the polling station and come on down to Gladstone to celebrate exercising your rights to vote! We’ll be giving away free snacks to those who’ve got the “Glad I Voted” sticker.
