About the Festival

The Coquitlam Craft Beer Festival (CCBF) is Coquitlam’s original craft beer and food festival.

The event showcases craft brews from over 40 breweries matched with delicious beer friendly fare provided by 8 of the best local restaurants and caterers.

This semi-annual two day festival is held at the prestigious Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club, a beautiful West Coast inspired building that allows for an enjoyable guest experience.

The festival is proud to support Team Taylor with the Ride to Conquer Cancer, benefiting the BC Cancer Foundation.

Festival Ambassador

Paul Pyne of DrinkSmarter.ca is a Certified Cicerone® (think sommelier, but for beer), industry professional, and instructor of beer and beer related medium.

He has been working closely with local breweries for a number of years and continues to promote, educate and involve others in the booming industry that is Craft Beer.

Paul works closely with the CCBF team as the Festival Ambassador and assists the event team in selecting new breweries to feature at each of the festivals.  For the upcoming November 2018 festival Paul is working hard to help secure amazing and unique female Brewmasters to showcase in the new Women in Beer tasting room!
