Hot off the heels of Cask Fest, comes our second edition scheduled for mid December. Once again featuring four delicious, limited edition beers, served on cask, for one weekend only.
This time, each beer is the brainchild of a different Wildeye brewer. Introducing each brewer and their beer:
Dan – Logic Engine: A juice forward hazy pale ale, made with generous lashings of Mosaic and Azacca and fermented with a Vermont style yeast. The result is tropical fruit flavours backed up with a biscuity malt profile. 5.5% abv
Tara – Irish Red: An easy drinking beer, to be enjoyed in the company of good friends. A rare beer to find in the Pacific north west, Irish Reds have a beautiful colour and a soft malty body, with subtle hop bitterness. The epitome of a ‘session ale’. 4% abv
Josh – Jinglebell Bock: A Munich-style Bock with gingerbread spices and molasses added to the boil to add a festive spin on a European classic. 6.5% abv
Mike – Zesty Supreme: A Blonde ale spliced with lemon zest and steam ginger. Light, festive and refreshing. 4.6% abc
