Come try the one-day-only release of my “Wild and Crazy Sacch-Trois Tripel”. This is my first beer I brewed at a commercial brewery!

The “Wild and Crazy Sacch-Trois Tripel” is 8.5%, 40 IBU, sacch-trois ale dry hopped with a ton of Citra! It should be hazy and packed full of pineapple and citus aroma, that is all complemented by a simple “Belgian Tripel” grain bill.
