BRU x H4H: Recipes from the Bees Workshop!

Bees collect nectar and pollen as their food – how can we (humans) combine honey and pollen for culinary or home apothecary use? Learn about bee nutrition, and how bees use fermentation, pollen and honey to stay healthy and what we can learn from them.

Everyone will learn how to infuse honey at home, taste some inspiring examples of different honey infusions… PLUS take home a small jar of H4H honey and a Big Rock Honey Brown Ale (19+)! We’ll also be capping off the workshop with a brewery tour – you don’t want to miss this!
