Consider this your official invitation to join us in celebrating 4 years of Red Collar at our fourth annual Black Dog Dinner. This event is the one time a year that we shut down for a private event, with the tasting room closing it’s doors at 5pm on Thursday, November 1st.
The evening will feature a four course meal paired with four different beers, including your first chance at tasting the 2017 Black Dog Quad. Discussions on our beers, different styles and beer & food pairing will be facilitated by Red Collar staff.
This event is meant to be a thank you to all of our wonderfully supportive patrons so we hope you will join us.
Tickets are $55 including tax & gratuity, and can be purchased at Red Collar starting today (Oct. 3rd). There is limited seating so please reserve early!
PLEASE NOTE : The menu is still under development. We will do our best to accommodate dietary concerns however this is a BEER pairing dinner, and will, under no uncertain circumstances contain gluten.
