Luppolo Brewing Pre-Construction update

Vancouver has a new brewery in the works. Luppolo Brewing will be run by two couples: Ryan Parfitt and Eleanor Stewart, and Federico Stucchi and Anique Ross. They’re currently waiting for their building permits and as such cannot start the construction phase yet.  This doesn’t mean that they’re not working hard.; currently  they’re brewing up test batches to perfect their recipes.

They already have a proposed floor plan and I was able to take a look at it.  Click through to view photos of the brewery space.
