Join KPU Brewing instructor Martina Solano Bielen for an informal ‘Ask Me Anything’ session on July 27 to explore the science of beer. Martina h as a Masters of Science from McGill University\, studied Brewing Microbiol ogy at the Siebel Institute of Technology\, and completed her brewing dipl oma with the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD). She’s also an awa rd-winning brewer!
\nMartina loves teaching students about microbiol ogy and the elements of beer that can’t be seen with the naked eye. She’s a firm believer that once someone understands the properties of yeast and science of brewing\, they’ll be better equipped to make great beer.
